Change an existing order: Once an order has been placed and you have completed the checkout process, an order can not be changed. You will need to cancel the order and place a new order. See below for Ziamond's order cancellation policy.
Order Cancellation Policy: Special orders, which include custom orders, that are cancelled prior to shipping will be assessed a restocking fee of 35% (per item) of the original price since we have started processing and designing the item to your specifications, there are no exceptions.
All other orders that have been cancelled prior to shipping will be assessed a non-refundable $35.00 order processing fee per item. Non Special Order Wedding sets will be charged $35 per each ring in set. Sizing fees and Rush fees, if applicable, are non refundable in addition to the early cancel fee.
Please understand that Ziamond's commitment to process orders as quickly as possible is a high priority. Once the checkout process is completed, our order processing department is immediately notified to begin the order fulfillment process.
