Does your jewelry need Servicing?

Please fill out the form below if you are interested in initiating a Service Authorization request for your Ziamond jewelry that may be in need of repair or servicing. This form will begin the process of your Service and an e-mail reply will be sent to you that will include your Service Authorization number along with instruction on sending your jewelry back to Ziamond for servicing. Please note that Ziamond's computer systems can only generate Service Authorizations for items that were originally purchased from Ziamond in accordance to the Ziamond warranty and policy. Items that are not eligible will be unable to be returned for servicing. It is the customer's responsibility to maintain their original invoice and order information. Please note that you MUST provide your original order number in order to receive a Service Authorization. Ziamond only maintains the previous 12 months purchase history in our active database, any purchases made prior to 12 months have been archived and are not retrievable.
